Responsibilities

• Work directly with the GM to drive revenue growth through guest counts and performance metrics.
• Coach and guide teams using internal training; provide ongoing direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, and guest issues; collaborate with the DM on initiatives.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
