• Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and promptly.

• Update patient records accurately in the system.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area.
• Support local marketing initiatives to drive new patient growth.
• Handle phone systems and scheduling platforms efficiently.
• Assist Office Manager with additional duties as needed.
