RPM Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to prepare units for re-leasing. You will perform repairs, painting, and cleaning to meet quality standards on site at our Arlington, TX properties.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1 year of maintenance experience; HVAC knowledge is a plus. You will join a team committed to safety, timely work, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• General knowledge in trades including drywall, carpentry, and make-ready.
• HVAC experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow make-ready checklist to complete repairs and improvements prior to resident move-in.
• Inspect sheetrock, caulk and seal windows and fixtures; perform touch-up painting.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for make-ready tasks.
• Help with curb appeal: cleanup, pressure-washing, cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance through trainings and incident reporting.
• Deliver high level customer service to residents and complete work efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
