Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to prepare apartment units for re-leasing. The role involves turning vacant units, completing repairs, and ensuring quality standards before resident move-in.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in maintenance, basic carpentry and drywall skills, and a willingness to follow safety practices. On-site work with a flexible schedule and potential monthly bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in maintenance or related field preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including drywall, carpentry, and make-ready.
• HVAC experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows the make-ready checklist to complete repairs and improvements.
• Inspects sheetrock, caulks and seals windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and performs touch-up painting.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
