Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks for move-in ready units.
• Address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, and fixture needs.
• Clean and sanitize unit interiors thoroughly.
• Inspect and test appliances, making repairs as necessary.
• Prioritize tasks to meet turnover deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials used.
