Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of leasing experience, a California driver’s license, and strong sales/communication skills. Weekend availability and travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• California Driver’s License required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to customers and ensure model units are lease-ready.
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in marketing the property and generating traffic.
• Build a strong resident retention program.
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation and move-ins.
