Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant in Rialto, CA to serve as the first contact between the public and the company. You will lease apartments by understanding customer needs, assist in marketing the property, and help generate traffic to ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, a valid California driver’s license, and a preference for Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid California driver’s license.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Subject to background/physical/drug screening.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to customers and ensure units are lease-ready.
• Assist in marketing the property and generating traffic.
• Build a strong resident retention program; provide quality living environment.
• Handle leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting tasks.
• Maintain professional demeanor and strong communication skills; travel to multiple locations.
