Job summary

Anza Management is hiring a Full Time Leasing Consultant for apartments in Panorama City, CA. You will be the first contact with guests and help match them with available homes while supporting marketing to drive traffic.

Your duties include leasing units, ensuring model apartments are ready, explaining lease terms, and contributing to resident retention. A valid California driver's license and US work eligibility are required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
• Build a strong resident retention program
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
• Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
• Drive to different locations
