Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License.
• Background/Physical check will apply.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments.
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready.
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures.
• Build a strong resident retention program.
• Perform leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting.
• Must be energetic with strong sales and professional communication.
