Anza Management Co. is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant in Las Vegas, NV to serve as the initial contact for prospective residents and to lease apartments by matching needs with our properties.

The role involves marketing the property, generating traffic, and fostering positive relationships with residents and staff; weekend availability may be required and a Nevada driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience.
• Weekend availability may be needed.
• Valid Nevada driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Background/Physical check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments.
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready.
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures.
• Build a strong resident retention program.
• Perform leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting tasks.
• Must be energetic with strong sales skills.
• Maintain professional demeanor and clear communication.
