Job summary

Jiffy Lube (Premium Velocity Auto) is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales. You will coach a team, manage scheduling, and uphold service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a valid license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Growth opportunities and a performance bonus program are available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb.

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures.
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing services.
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
