Job summary

Jiffy Lube Premium Velocity Auto in Phoenix is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to drive daily store operations, boost sales, and lead a team focused on guest satisfaction.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, ensure safety and compliance, recruit and schedule, and take ownership when the GM is away while delivering outstanding service and a winning store culture. This role offers growth opportunities and a performance-based bonus plan.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use computers and internet tools.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example with J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
