Unknown company in the UK is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead a service department within a global automotive group. You will manage a team of automotive professionals, ensure adequate resources, and drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction.

• Experience as Aftersales/Service Manager in automotive retail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team and manage dealership service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.
• Oversee the service department, managing resource levels and productivity.
• Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.
• Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
