Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated full-time Activities Assistant to enhance the daily life of residents in Parker, CO. You’ll help design, plan, and implement engaging activities, coordinate monthly calendars, and arrange performers or seminars to enrich residents’ experiences.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a compassionate senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication with residents, family members, and colleagues.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, planning, implementing activities for residents.
• Assist in developing monthly calendar, procure performers, provide seminars, maintain resident library.
• Transport residents to events and assist them entering/exiting community vehicle.
