Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Results Specialist to support its 3PL team. You will manage third party labor invoices, staff large project rollouts, and maintain records of third party staffing across multiple tools. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication.

The position requires availability for a 10 am–6 pm or 11 am–7 pm EST shift and occasional weekend work during peak periods. Entry-level with Excel proficiency encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in 3rd party staffing preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas, merging sheets, graphs).
• Ability to work with multiple platforms, trackers, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Timesheet collection and management daily ensuring vendors receive timesheets and approvals for services rendered.
• Staffing temporary labor and project requests daily with vendor partners based on skillset, location, and budget constraints.
• Assist with staffing large project rollouts maintained through 3rd Party Labor to meet project details, budget rates, and timelines.
• Assist with creation and management of reports and graphs.
• Assist with maintaining Excel trackers for all labor demands.
• Assist with the process of 3rd Party labor invoices.
• Possibly assist with secondary vetting with Outsourced Recruiting Partners (ORPS).
• Maintain positive relationships with Channel Partners management teams and vendors.
