Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Results Specialist to support our 3PL team. You will help process third-party labor invoices, staff large project rollouts, and keep accurate records of third-party staffing across multiple platforms.

This entry-level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. Must work a shift aligned with EST and be available every other weekend, with potential peak-season adjustments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in 3rd party staffing preferred.
• Proficient with Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data merging.
• Ability to work with multiple platforms, trackers, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Timesheet collection and management daily, ensuring vendors receive timesheets and approvals.
• Staffing temporary labor and order requests with vendors based on skill, location, and budget.
• Staff large project rollouts and maintain project details, budgets, and timely execution.
• Create and manage reports and graphs; maintain Excel trackers for labor demands.
• Assist with processing third party labor invoices and vetting with outsourcing partners.
