Job summary

Capacity LLC, a leader in logistics, seeks an Site Leader to guide day-to-day 3PL warehouse and distribution operations across multiple clients. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost control while coordinating with internal departments.

The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, labor forecasts, KPI management, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. You will lead a team of supervisors and managers, implement warehouse tech, and partner with sales to onboard new customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL operations.
• 3+ years in a senior operations management or General Manager role.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume warehouse or multi-client 3PL operation.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP/TMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 3PL warehouse and distribution operations.
• Establish and maintain operational KPIs, productivity standards, and service-level objectives.
• Optimize warehouse layout, labor utilization, workflows, equipment, and processes.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Develop labor forecasts and operating targets.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, operating expenses, productivity, and profitability.
• Partner with sales and implementation to onboard new customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop leadership teams.
• Maintain OSHA safety and compliance.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement initiatives.
