Gabriel Group in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a logistics coordinator to coordinate inbound and outbound freight, ensuring on-time delivery. This is an office-based role, Monday through Friday, with a focus on communication with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.

You will manage direct-to-retailer shipments, monitor inventory, and generate monthly reports while leveraging WMS and MS Office. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• 2–4 years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of freight processes and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with WMS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate direct-to-retailer shipments and key retail partners, including Barnes & Noble, managing orders, routing, documentation, and deadlines.
• Communicate with 3PL partners regarding orders, inventory, and service issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot delays and operational issues.
• Address packing and shipping solutions based on product requirements.
