Responsibilities

• Follow up on loads to ensure on-time delivery and document reason codes.
• Track daily loads in FourKites and update delivery information.
• Analyze schedules and performance to prevent delays and improve fill rate.
• Maintain professional relationships with carriers and customers.
• Assist Transportation Manager with on-time reporting and detention management.
