Job summary

Qualifications

• Active MA LCSW license is required.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQIA+ individuals and people with disabilities is preferred.
• Trauma-informed, survivor-centered approach and strong documentation habits are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed clinical consultation and assessment for survivors.
• Lead case support and guidance on complex participant needs.
• Coordinate referrals to behavioral health, psychiatry, and community services.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and grant reporting.
• Educate staff on trauma-informed practices and survivor-centered approaches.
