Job summary

Rainbow Services, Ltd. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Case Manager to provide intake assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, advocacy and referrals for domestic violence survivors and their children.

The role includes developing individualized service plans, coordinating with social services, facilitating support groups, documenting services, and participating in team meetings; a 40-hour state DV training is provided to new staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in casework, crisis intervention, and serving survivors of intimate partner/domestic violence.
• Knowledge of public systems (DPSS, DCFS) desirable.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. required.
• California ID or driver license required and valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and re-assessments.
• Collaborate with participants to create individualized service and safety plans.
• Advocate on participants’ behalf with social service and government agencies.
• Make referrals and provide follow-up as needed.
• Facilitate weekly domestic violence survivor support groups.
• Document services and case information accurately and timely.
• Provide court accompaniment when needed.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
• Present services to community partners.
