Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in domestic violence survivor services.
• Illinois CDVP certification required by end of first year.
• Master’s degree preferred for certain programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a domestic violence advocacy program area and supervises its staff.
• Plans, develops, and implements interventions to meet client needs.
• Monitors and reports on grants and contracts for the program.
• Provides supervision and coaching on crisis management and conflict resolution.
