Job summary

All Chicago is seeking a DV/RRH Program Associate to support rapid re-housing partnerships, serving as a primary contact for program guidelines, policies, and procedures. You will assist the Program Manager with annual monitoring, trainings, and partner meetings while ensuring compliance with DFSS regulations.

The role requires experience in social services or related fields, familiarity with housing subsidies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with partner agencies

Qualifications

• Background in social work, homeless services, or related field.
• Experience with Gender-Based Violence population.
• Familiarity with Chicago social services and resources.
• Understanding of housing subsidies (Rapid Rehousing, vouchers) and prioritizing survivors of GBV.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), Salesforce, AvidXchange.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and process check requests and utility submissions per DFSS guidelines monthly.
• Review and approve Client Assistance requests for RRH program participants.
• Prepare and facilitate quarterly partner meetings and monthly case manager meetings and trainings.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Serve as liaison for partner agencies with Chicago Rents, Rapid Rehousing team, landlords, and community orgs.
• Identify and support agencies for RRH pilot projects.
• Familiarity with renter protections such as Just Housing Amendment and LH/ Tenant Ordinance.
• Create and maintain workflows and guidance reflecting federal, state, and local mandates for case managers.
• Complete 40-hour Domestic Violence training every two years to remain DFSS compliant.
• Respond to calls from homeless and at-risk community members seeking resources.
• Provide back-up support for other Program Team activities (AMEs, in-person facilitation).
• Collaborate with other Program Associates on workflows and documentation updates.
• Support All Chicago staff as necessary.
