ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Duty Drawback Value Delivery & Compliance Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of the duty drawback program. You will ensure compliant claim processing, robust documentation, and value recovery within Voyager governance, coordinating with Finance, Tax, and Supply Chain.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, audit readiness, data quality, and continuous improvement of processes and controls to maximize recovery value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in duty drawback, customs compliance, or trade operations.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Duty Drawback regulations.
• Experience in audit handling and compliance documentation.
• Experience working with ERP and trade compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the duty drawback program within established governance frameworks.
• Own the reconciliation and transparency of planned, eligible, claimed, and recovered amounts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrity through robust controls.
