Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Duty Drawback & Trade Recovery Programs to build and lead the drawback capability for global imports, with a primary focus on the United States. This role will implement drawback software, develop audit‑ready processes, and maximize recovery of duties, tariffs, and other refunds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, International Trade, or related field.
• 7+ years of duty drawback, customs compliance, or trade recovery experience.
• Direct experience preparing or managing U.S. duty drawback claims for 3+ years.
• Experience with ACE and customs entry data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience leading projects and implementing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Brunswick's global drawback program with a primary focus on the United States. Identify drawback opportunities across marine, propulsion, electronics, and component imports. Manage drawback claims, accelerated payment processes, and CBP correspondence.
• Manage relationships with software providers, brokers, consultants, and customs authorities. Train internal personnel and build long‑term organizational capability.
