ITG Brands is seeking a Duty Drawback Value Delivery & Compliance Manager to lead end-to-end program execution within enterprise governance. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, audit readiness, documentation integrity, and value realization, delivering recovery value while maintaining control standards.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years in duty drawback or related trade operations, strong analytics, and experience with ERP/trade compliance systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in duty drawback, customs compliance, or trade operations.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Duty Drawback regulations.
• Experience in audit handling and compliance documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Experience with ERP and trade compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the duty drawback program within established governance frameworks, ensuring timely, compliant claim processing and delivery of recovery value against enterprise targets.
• Own the reconciliation and transparency of planned, eligible, claimed, and recovered amounts, identifying variances and value leakage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrity through robust controls, SOPs, and validation processes.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and Logistics to ensure accurate data, claim readiness, and value recovery.
• Provide operational reporting on claim status, recovery performance, compliance, and risks, while supplying execution insights to planning and value realization processes.
• Validate inputs from planning and logistics, elevate risks and compliance gaps, and drive continuous improvement through enhanced efficiency, data quality, documentation, and automation.
