Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Duty Drawback Compliance Sr, Analyst to oversee the U.S. duty drawback program and ensure CBP compliance while maximizing recovery. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Customs Brokers, and providers to file accurate drawback claims.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of US customs regulations, and advanced analytic skills to interpret complex data and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience managing U.S. duty drawback programs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and CBP processes.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain compliance concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and trade compliance software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the U.S. duty drawback program ensuring CBP compliance.
• Identify and maximize drawback opportunities across products.
• Determine eligibility for various drawback scenarios (manufacturing, substitutions, etc.).
• Prepare and submit drawback claims with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and Brokers.
• Maintain records and data for claims; reconcile receivables and accruals.
• Develop and enforce drawback policies and internal controls.
• Stay updated on changes in drawback laws and programs.
