Job summary

Trade Compliance Recruiting Solutions seeks a Drawback Program Manager to oversee duty drawback claims, analyze import/export data, and prepare client submissions, while adhering to CBP and government regulations. Remote role for a Utah-based brokerage supporting nationwide clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in import entry and customs brokerage, LCB, and drawback rules, with strong data analytics, Excel skills, and communication. You will mentor the team and drive SOPs and improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in import entry and customs brokerage processes.
• LCB certification is required or preferred.
• Deep knowledge of duty drawback regulations and claims processing.
• Strong understanding of HTS, Value, COO, FTAs, etc.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong data analytics and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, review, and guide the Drawback team.
• Handle highest-complexity clients and technical scenarios.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across outputs.
• Oversee validations, audits, and missing data reviews.
• Create and maintain drawback processes and SOPs.
• Train and develop specialists in company processes and systems.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Identify process improvements to boost team performance.
• Stay current on CBP and government regulation changes.
• Support onboarding of new clients and projects.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for drawback fundamentals.
