Role & Responsibilities:

• Enforce all park rules and regulations.
• Monitor park assets to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Maintain vigilance during park hours, identify issues, and communicate them promptly.
• Conduct bag checks to prevent prohibited items.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor guest safety and report conflicts.
• Handle emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Manage crowd control during emergencies.
• Monitor guest behavior and intervene to prevent escalation.
• Communicate effectively with park departments.
• Respond to safety calls, fire alarms, and emergencies.
• Supervise security systems and respond to irregular activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; relevant work experience considered.
• 1+ year security or related experience preferred.

Language skills: Fluent English required; Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles and equipment safely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Maintain necessary certifications.

Physical & Working Conditions:

• Stand, walk, and remain on feet for most of the day.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, reach, or lift objects over 30 pounds.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Operate in dark environments and noisy, crowded settings.
