Work in a fun environment, helping guests create lifelong memories with their children. As a Retail Attendant, you'll provide fast and courteous service in gift shops, assisting guests with merchandise and souvenirs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they enter retail locations
• Assist guests with inquiries about merchandise and souvenirs
• Maintain knowledge of available products to assist effectively
• Use sales techniques to increase revenue
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
• Communicate issues to leadership as needed
• Operate POS systems accurately for transactions
• Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and presentable
• Ensure retail areas are clean and safe
• Operate mobile retail carts as applicable
• Follow safety protocols to prevent hazards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• No formal education required
• Previous experience not necessary

Language Skills:

Fluent in English; bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 14 years old
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to uniform policies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physical & Working Conditions:

• Stand and walk for most of the shift
• Perform physical tasks like bending, lifting (up to 30 pounds)
