The Ride Operator will operate and assist with rides throughout the park, requiring guest interaction and a customer service focus to ensure a positive experience. The role involves operating all rides and coasters, including conveyor belts and chain mechanisms, following safety regulations, conducting inspections, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Greet and interact with guests professionally and engagingly.
2. Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures.
3. Perform ride inspections and tests daily before opening.
4. Answer guest questions and provide park information.
5. Enforce safety and height/age requirements.
6. Operate rides safely, monitor guest behavior, and respond to emergencies.
7. Perform opening and closing procedures.
8. Report mechanical issues promptly.
9. Handle guest belongings and maintain safety standards.
10. Operate various rides and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• No minimum education or experience required; training provided.
• Must complete the International Ride Operator Certification (iROC) course.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift objects up to 20 pounds, and work in various weather conditions.
• Safety-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
