Role Summary

The Reservations Agent (Lodging) provides courteous, prompt service to guests by answering phones, making reservations, checking guests in/out, and interacting professionally to create a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests warmly and professionally
• Maintain a neat appearance
• Use property management systems for reservations, check-in/out, and payments
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Deliver guest amenities and process payments accurately
• Operate communication devices professionally
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for guest needs
• Keep the front desk area clean and sanitized
• Know property services and facilities well
• Follow all standard operating procedures
• Document overnight activities and update leadership
• Provide information about nearby parks and events
• Escalate maintenance issues or emergencies appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred; relevant experience considered
• 1+ year hospitality or front desk experience is a plus

Language Skills

Fluent in English; bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
