Job summary

Unox Netherlands seeks a Service Experience to join the Customer Experience Team. You will provide technical assistance to customers, help them operate and troubleshoot products, and manage return activities.

Travel may be required for customer support and internal training, contributing to a high-quality service experience. A technical background is preferred, with excellent Dutch language skills and good English.

Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in Dutch.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel for customer support and training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers on operating and using Unox products.
• Support customers in operation of products, identify solutions and prevent malfunctions.
• Manage return activities.
• Escalate and transfer issues to the company.
