You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat; track parcels, resolve delivery issues with operations; and maintain records with a professional, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• English (B2) and Dutch (C1) language skills required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy.
