Job summary

TP Greece is seeking a customer-support specialist to represent a world-renowned luxury vehicle brand in a multinational environment. You will assist customers across channels, schedule service appointments, and support connected car services with empathy and professionalism.

Fluency in Dutch and strong English are essential, plus excellent communication and digital literacy. The role includes relocation support, a competitive 14-salary monthly pay, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 minimum)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for helping people
• Good computer literacy and confidence navigating digital tools and platforms
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
• Driver’s license and geographical awareness are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels
• Assist customers with service and maintenance appointments, vehicle-related inquiries, and roadside assistance requests
• Provide support for connected vehicle services, mobile applications, infotainment systems, and subscription-based features
• Handle customer cases and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Coordinate appointments, service arrangements, courtesy vehicle requests, and customer follow-ups
• Identify customer concerns and elevate complex issues to specialized teams when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality
