Spekit is seeking a Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join a market-leading e-commerce platform in the Benelux region. You will be the first point of contact for millions of customers, handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a dynamic, international environment.

You must be native Dutch with strong English, a customer-first attitude, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A relocation package to Greece and remote work across Greece are available.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch.
• Proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
