Raisin is seeking a Junior Customer Service Agent to support Dutch-speaking customers mainly by phone and email, handling inquiries about account openings and investments, and collaborating with various internal teams. This is a hybrid role with a focus on delivering first-class service and developing in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C2 level, both written and spoken, plus good command of English.
• Professional experience in customer service or customer support is desirable, regardless of industry.
• Strong communicators who help customers via telephone with words and deeds are welcome.
• Enjoy dealing with people and can handle several tasks simultaneously under pressure while setting priorities.
• Interested in complex topics and in modern finance and capital markets.
• High expectations of work and able to maintain an overview in hectic times.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and eager to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert for our products and processes; be the contact person for customers.
• Independently handle inquiries by phone and in writing.
• Work closely with colleagues from customer service and Raisin's departments and stakeholders.
• Inspire with a friendly manner so customers feel in good hands and remain enthusiastic.
• Handle inquiries regarding account opening and investment process up to basic tax issues.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience on our platform.
• Develop and implement ideas to optimize work processes.
