Job summary

Finom in Europe is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver a standout experience across phone, chat, and email. You will resolve issues, build rapport, and turn frustration into trust, helping customers become passionate advocates.

You’ll work 100% remotely with a fast-paced fintech team, handle high-impact inquiries, and participate in a program offering stock options and Cyprus Work & Swim. Fluency in Dutch or German and 6+ months of customer care are required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent speaker in Dutch or German (written and spoken).
• A minimum of 6 months of customer care service experience.
• Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence.
• Empathy and genuine desire to help people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wow customer experience across phone, chat, and email.
• Build rapport with customers, especially in challenging situations.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs and root cause.
• Explain situations clearly and empathetically.
• Take ownership and drive quick resolutions.
• Proactively follow up and ensure no issue is left unresolved.
• Turn dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates through excellent service.
