• Process customer orders, credits and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with relevant teams to ensure orders and services are completed on time.
• Manage customer accounts and outstanding payments.
• Resolve customer issues and queries, escalating to the appropriate departments when required.
• Build relationships with customers, franchisees, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth processes
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service
