Formación

• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English (B2+).
• Experience in customer or tech support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-level after-sales support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
• Assist with troubleshooting, software navigation, and security settings.
• Handle Apple ID, password recovery, and account management requests.
• Advise customers on optimizing their devices and services.
• Ensure a high-quality customer journey by resolving issues efficiently.
