SURGO is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Support professional to join our remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to Dutch customers, upsell offerings, and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and revenue.

This fully work-from-home role requires a strong Dutch command, familiarity with Windows/Outlook, and excellent communication. You will operate in a fast-paced setting with performance targets and a lucrative commission plan.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written at C1/C2 level).
• Proficiency with Windows PCs, Outlook, browsers and internet usage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, energetic and confident.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Dutch Sales Support Work from Home Fully Work from Home - requirements: 20 up and 20 download, Power back up(UPS, Inverter, Generator), proof of Internet Service provider and Proof of Address for courier purposes when applying for this position

Position Overview

Our client is looking for exceptional enthusiastic employees to join their team. If you have a knack for building rapport, and enjoy exceeding targets, this may be the perfect job for you! We are looking for Dutch native speakers with relevant experience having commercial conversations (retention & up/cross sales calls) selling to Dutch telecom customers and prospects in a B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound & outbound sales calls to existing customers and save them from leaving and/or sell them new products and services on top of the existing subscriptions and services they already buy from our client. You need to communicate commercially and describe the value of products and services offered.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
• Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities.
• Keep an updated customer database.
• Adhere to common KPIs for your work.
• Update client records

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Familiarity with Desktop Computing: Windows PCs, Outlook Email, Web Browsers, and the Internet.
