Job summary

Vitu is seeking an team member in Wilmington, OH to execute titles and lien satisfactions, handle notarization where applicable, and ensure compliance with state and county requirements. The role is fast-paced with emphasis on meeting contracted service levels and maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with peers to meet service levels for internal and external clients.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety/ergonomic training.
• Adhere to procedures when signing off/executing, shipping documents, and similar activities.
• Use proprietary software for research and data entry.
• Research, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• May require overtime or weekend shifts.
