Job summary

Vitu is seeking a team member in Wilmington, OH to execute titles and lien satisfactions, handle notarization if applicable, and ensure state and county requirements are met. This role focuses on high quality and timely processing to meet contracted service levels.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and strong verbal and written communication skills. A swing shift from 2:30pm to 11:00PM ET is expected, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures including safety training.
• Sign off/executing, shipping documents and similar activities per procedures.
• Use proprietary software for research and data entry.
• Research, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
