The Brook's is hiring motivated Dunkin' Shift Leaders to guide daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure guests receive exceptional service while upholding Dunkin brand standards and safety protocols.

This is a tipped, full-time leadership role with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As part of a 100% employee-owned company that donates 35% of revenue to charitable causes, you’ll contribute to community impact while developing leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and cash-handling experience.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
