Job summary

Big Horn Heating & Cooling is seeking a Shop Helper to assist with sheet metal fabrication and field operations for our New Construction Team. This role provides essential support to installers by preparing materials, organizing tools, and keeping job sites ready for productive work.

Based in Mississippi, you will travel locally between residential and commercial sites, lift up to 75 pounds, and work Monday through Friday with possible overtime and weekend calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager with fabricating ductwork.
• Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and equipment to jobs.
• Assist with New Construction jobs as needed.
• Maintain facilities and equipment at the multiple facilities.
