Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee inventory, scheduling, and basic store systems while maintaining a clean and welcoming store. A High School diploma and 1+ year leadership experience in retail or food service are required.

In this role, you’ll support the management teamin leading daily operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do

Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership

Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service

Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready

Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team

Other Qualifications include, but is not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

What We’re Looking For

Education – High school diploma or equivalent

Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service Leadership – A team-first mindset with strong communication skills

Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems

Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)

ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain

Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest
