What You’ll Do

• Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer‑ready
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
• Other qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service

• Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
