In this role, you’ll support the management team in leading daily operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do

• Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer‑ready
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team

Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
