Englefield, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach team members, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
