Job summary

Iyuno USA Inc. is seeking a production supervisor for dubbing and post‑production. You will lead Production Managers, Coordinators, and Schedulers, and partner with the Director of Operations to establish SOPs and best practices.

You will craft production schedules, manage timelines, and archive final assets, ensuring accurate status updates and milestone tracking. You will revise schedules per client needs and staff availability, acting as SME for process improvements including AI, and direct

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in dubbing and/or post-production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to stay composed in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Knowledge of video and audio codecs, specifications, and formats.
• Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or another language in addition to English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Managers, Coordinators, and Schedulers within a dubbing production team.
• Collaborate with Directors and Technical Manager to create SOPs and best practices.
• Develop schedules with delivery timelines and archiving of final assets.
• Update production status trackers with milestones and deliverables.
• Revise schedules per client requests and staff/equipment availability.
• Act as SME for process/tool improvements, including AI.
• Direct voice talent for special projects and pickups.
• Review content for synchronization, quality, and project compliance.
• Coordinate key production components and team members.
• Conduct goal-setting and performance reviews for direct reports.
